On January 15, the 2022 Phoenix Congress opens. Made up of American Union organizers, it serves as a legislative body to review the specific legislative demands for the upcoming election.

Over the coming months, delegates to the Phoenix Congress will review the Blueprint for a Better America, holding 21 public hearings on the 207-page legislative package.
